The Business Building Academy has a 4 week real estate investing crash course now!
We are developing a 4 week real estate investing crash course. Throughout the course, you will learn how to find deals, how to anaylze them and how to write a contract that minimizes your risk in the transaction. We will meet once a week for one hour. Each participant will create assignments from one week to the next based off of the education that is taught and what goals they want to acheive. Accountability will be implemented to encourage all particpants to meet the goals they have set out to accomplish. Communication throughout the weeks will be encouraged and implemented through the Business Building Academy website.

WHO: This is for people who have little to no experience in real estate investing, who want to get started but don't know how.

WHERE: We will meet at the Central Market located at 40th and Lamar in the Community Room which is located downstairs near the produce section.

WHEN: Our first meeting will be7/09/08, Wednesday at 7:00pm - 9:00pm. We will then meet at the same time for the following 4 weeks.

HOW MUCH?: The first meeting is free for participants to discover whether or not this course will meet their wants and needs. Attending the remaining of the course will require that they become members of the Business Building Academy. Please click HERE for more information about being a member.
