What do you do professionally?

I'm a realtor with Lifestyles Realty Central Texas as a buyer's representative strictly for real estate investors in the Austin area. As soon as I have some more money I'll be investing in real estate. I also wholesale properties on the side.

Have you invested in Real Estate before? If so tell us a little about it.

Yes and no. I don't actually have my own rentals (YET!) but I will in the next 6 months to a year. I have wholesaled properties before, and I am a realtor.

What do you want to get out of this group?

Network with as many other real estate investors in the Austin area as possible and learn as much as I can from those who are better at this game than I am.
