Introduction

I'm a Realtor because I love to find good deals or negotiate them for my clients. Also, I?m trying to start my own business as a Real Estate investor w/my experience from real estate investor?s seminars and real estate classes related to the business

What do you do professionally?

I have a B.S. with 3 majors, and an associate degree in environmental. Also, I have 3 Professional licenses

What type of investing do you do?

I have been buying foreclosures. I want to start buying commercial property

Have you invested in Real Estate before? If so tell us a little about it.

I did it in Mexico and on my 1st home here and I own some land.

What do you want to get out of this group?

I want to help, if possible because usually the investor?s seminars don?t tell you al the true. At the same time I would like to learn from people w/more experience in rehabs
