What do you do professionally?

We are part of the Larry Goins team. We search out and purchase middle range properties in need of repair, mostly in Texas, in clean, safe neighborhoods. We are looking for motivated buyers/investors, who are buying real estate for long term gain.

What type of investing do you do?

Very very short term daytrading of properties, flipping in a day or less.
